CASE: ringed handle and floral mounts to inverted bell top, pierced brass side frets, brass mounts to front angles, brass-lined front door, scroll feet DIAL: 6 in. square brass dial with scroll and coronet spandrels to engraved Turkish chapter ring, matted centre with false pendulum, plaque signed 'William/Kipling/LONDON', regulation to arch; blued steel hands MOVEMENT: twin chain fusees, six pillars, verge escapement, rack strike on bell, pull quarter repeat on eight bells, fully engraved back plate signed 'William/Kipling/LONDON'
