CASE: brass handle to inverted bell top, glazed side panels, block feet DIAL: 6¾ in. wide brass dial, mask and foliate spandrels to silvered chapter ring, date square and false pendulum to matted centre, cartouche signed 'Conyers Dunlop/LONDON' above rings for strike/silent and pendulum regulation, blued steel hands MOVEMENT: twin fusees, five pillars, verge escapement and rack strike on bell, fully engraved back plate; winding key

Conyers Dunlop was apprenticed in 1725 and became Master of the Clockmakers' Company in 1758. He died in 1779.
