Timbre forgé d'une seule pièce, surmonté d'une haute crête et gravé des initiales 'G' et 'P' à la base (probablement transformé pour être utilisé lors du Gioco del Ponte de Pise), visière postérieure et mézail, la première avec une fente de vue, le second orné de perforations circulaires sur le côté gauche et rainures en chevron sur le côté droit, bavière épousant la forme du menton avec bord ourlé, tous deux pivotant depuis un même point sur le timbre, une plate postérieure à l'avant et à l'arrière formant gorgerin.

Late 16th century
With one-piece skull with prominent roped comb and incised with the initials 'G' and 'P' at the base (probably adapted for use in the Pisan Gioco del Ponte), later visor and upper bevor, the former with one-piece sight with central division, the latter pierced with circular holes on the left and slots forming a chevron pattern on the right, and lower bevor shaped to the chin and with roped border, all pivoted from the same points on the skull, and with later single gorget-plates to the front and rear.
