THIRD INTERMEDIATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXI-XXIV, CIRCA 1069-715 B.C.
With leonine features; together with a lower part of a menat-counterpoise with wedjat-eye and twin uraei above rosette; a pair of Egyptian turquoise glazed composition wedjat-eyes, with details in dark purple, pierced; a fragmentary Egyptian blue glazed composition amulet of Sekhmet, wearing tripartite wig, arm band details in dark purple glaze, suspension loop above; and four other turquoise glazed composition amulets including a double plume, multiple eye bead, all Third Intermediate to Late Period, circa 9th-7th Century B.C., 1½ in. (3.9 cm.) high max. (7)
