Wearing black tripartite wig, false beard, the green-painted face with details in black and white, with green and red beaded broad collar, and a single column of hieroglyphs reading: 'A royal offering to Ptah-Sokar-Osiris, the great god [...]', and another hieroglyphic inscription in green paint on the back, with wood tenon for attachment
