A Jiaqing marked translucent glass vase of this form and very similar colour, identified as tea-colour, in the Palace Museum Beijing, is illustrated by Zhang Rong (ed.), Luster of Autumn Water, Glass of the Qing Imperial Workshop, Forbidden City Publishing House, 2005, no. 157, where the authors explain that it is difficult to distinguish pieces made in the Qianlong and Jiaqing reigns, without the help of the reign marks, as the quality and tradition remains the same.
