The canted rectangular top above an egg-and-dart rim, surmounted by a flaming urn and hung with foliate garlands, above a thermometer and two doves and a circular grey-painted register plate for the barometer, above a vase-shaped apron issuing various flower-heads, restorations and re-gilt; together with a later cartel clock in a similarly decorated case, with quartz movement
