A gilt bronze figure of Shakyamuni
Tibet, 14th Century
Seated on a double-lotus base with beaded rims with the hands in bhumisparsamudra with a vajra resting before him, the folds of the tight-fitting sanghati draped over the left shoulder, the face with polychromed lips and eyes with a raised urna, the base sealed with a double-vajra
