The rectangular cover with ruyi-head brass fittings lifting to reveal a shallow tray above a pair of paneled doors opening to reveal four drawers of varying sizes, the sides set with bail handles, and the front with circular lockplate and ruyi-head clasp, all above a shaped apron at the front, the wood of attractive grain and rich color
