Lot Essay

"The work is inspired by the events of 2011 in Egypt. The model in this artwork represents Egypt of the future, as the model is beautifying herself in front of the strong light which refers to the future, whilst contemplating the future of Egypt in hopes of it being as beautiful".
(Ibrahim El Dessouki)
