Each with an oval guilloche-carved back with a foliate cresting and foliate finials to the shoulders above scrolled padded arms and a bowed seat with foliate and guilloche rails and tapering, turned fluted legs, one stamped 'E MICHARD', the gilding distressed, originally painted, one with 19th century gilding, the other with 20th century gilding
