Comprising fifty-six tiles, each tile moulded with arched borders entwined with leafy tendrils, each group of four forming interlaced large circles within four smaller circles enclosing quatrefoil arrangements of leaves and scrolls alternating with diamond ornament enclosed within leaves, enriched in ochre, green, and blue on a cream ground

See Anthony Ray, Spanish Pottery 1248-1898, London, 2000, p. 341, no. 786 for a single tile of the same pattern where he discusses the complexity of this Toledo design and refers to similar tiles, which are to be found in the floor of the Convento de la Concepción Franciscama in Toledo.
