Collation: a-y10 A-D10; E-T10 V12; X-Y10 1-810 98 108 1110 12-1310 (a1 blank, a2r text, 10/1r table of liturgical readings, 11/r Interpretation of Hebrew names, 13/12 blank). 570 (of 572, without first and final blank) leaves. 47 lines and headline, double column. Type: 1:185G, 3:92aG, 81G. 3- to 5-line initial spaces with guide-letter, the first third of the volume rubricated. (First leaf with 2 margins renewed and small hole, two leaves with marginal section cut away, occasional minor staining, minor marginal worming at top gutter of a few quires.) 17th-century English calf with blind-ruled border (rebacked and repaired at corners and edges). Provenance: contemporary deleted inscription, occasional annotations -- Johannes a Love (contemporary inscription) -- Thomas Secker, priest (contemporary inscription) -- Richard Bagot, Bishop of Bath and Wells (1782-1854; bookplate).
