Buyers should note that though the copyrights are being sold with the negatives, certain uses of these images may require permission from the Estate of Marilyn Monroe or other entities that may own the rights to her name and likeness. Buyers should also note that the publishers of 'Marilyn The Niagara Photographs Jock Carroll' (Stoddart/Friedman, 1996) retain the rights to republish the book including future editions. (12)
