We are grateful to Dr. Volker Manuth for confirming the attribution on the basis of photographs. Dr. Manuth also notes that the subject is the rarely depicted story from Genesis (21, 8-10): where Abraham gave a party on the occasion of the weaning of Isaac. Isaac's mother Sara seeing his position threatened by Ismael, Abraham's first born son, demands that he and his mother Hagar be banished. The only other known painting depicting this subject is by Victors himself (wherabouts unknown).
