Lot Essay

A similarly flamboyant Egyptian revival side table or console was created for The Dining Room, The Holme, Regent's Park, 1940 - home of Mrs. Peter Pleydell-Bouverie by Maison Jansen illustrated in F. Collard Regency Furniture, Woodbridge, 1985, p. 272.
