Tibet, 19th century
With five repousse skulls set against a wire headband encased in a multicolored textile with an ochre ribbon at each end, each skull with red eyes and bared teeth, a flaming headdress issuing from the grinning jaws and centered by hardstones arranged in a teardrop form
