Raised on six ruyi-head feet, each facet inset with a white jade plaque embellished in hardstone and semi-precious stones with fruiting and flowering trees, the gilt-copper ground finely incised with a leafy scroll repeated on the everted rim

Private collection formed in Asia prior to WWII, and thence by descent within the family.
