Designed as a graduated circular, cushion and oval-cut sapphire two-row band bordered by baguette-cut diamonds, with pavé-set diamond spacers, to the circular and old European-cut diamond openwork V-shaped terminals, joined by a circular and baguette-cut diamond openwork circular clasp, mounted in platinum, 7 ins., one sapphire is synthetic
With report CS 48653 dated 16 March 2012 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory that one sapphire is synthetic and the origin of the remaining sapphires (tested at random) would be classified as Burma (Myanmar). No gemological evidence of heat
