The arms are for Hector John Graham-Toler, 2nd Earl of Norbury (1781-1839) in the peerage of Ireland, with an inescutcheon for his wife, Elizabeth Brabazon, married 1808
He was the 2nd. son of John Toler, Baron Norbury of Ballycrendoe, Co. Tipperary and Chief Justice of Common Pleas, who prosecuted many of those involved in the Irish rebellion of 1798. He became Earl of Norbury in 1827 but died in 1831 and the title passed to Hector John Toler as his elder brother, Daniel, had died insane 6 months after his father.
In January 1839 the 2nd Earl Norbury was shot dead in the grounds of his house, Durrow Abbey, Tullamore, by his butler who was thought to be a member of the Ribbonmen, one of the many Catholic organisations raised in response to the Protestant "Orangemen" and others.
