Morrison joined Morrocco on the staff at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, in 1965 and worked there until 1987 when he left to paint full-time. McIntosh Patrick was one of the longest-serving members of staff at the college and taught regularly in the Drawing & Painting Department between 1927 and 1960, and occasionally afterwards until 1998. McClure taught from 1957-1985,succeeding Morrocco as Head of Painting in 1982.
