Of carved and assembled wood, consisting of a flat rectangular surface above a central section with three recessed panels above a curvilinear apron on four feet, all resting on a stepped rectangular base; the recessed areas and edging gilt and the fittings along the front edge gilt copper decorated with geometric patterns and stylized sixteen-petal chrysanthemum florets
