Together with a George IV tortoiseshell and ivory lined box by Lund of Cornhill,the ivory marked 'LUND 57 CORNHILL, LONDON.' the silver plaque with the engraved initials 'E.C.H.' - 3 in. (7.8 cm) wide (2)
