Comprising a mantel clock and a pair of nine-light candelabra CASE: centred by a neoclassical urn with fruiting finial, flanked by seated putto on a pierced rocaille base applied with various attributes emblematic of learning DIAL: enamel with pierced ormolu hands MOVEMENT: twin barrels with countwheel strike to bell, pendulum and winding key; the candelabra en suite, each with laurel-hung vase body with pierced base applied with attributes, supporting acanthus scrolled branches
The clock: 27 in. (69 cm.) high; 30½ in. (77.5 cm.) wide; 9½ in. (24 cm.) deep
The candelbra: 33 in. (84 cm.) high
