(20th century), inlaid wire mark of Ando workshop
The rectangular box on four short bracket feet, the lid decorated in polychrome enamels and gold and silver wires and partly in wireless (musen) enamel with Nagoya Castle on a light gray ground, inlaid wire mark on base; feet and rims with silver mounts

With wood box affixed with paper label titled Shippo yaki Nagoyajo zu kazaribako (cloisonné enamel box and cover with Nagoya Castle design), sealed Ando shi kinsei
