Of rounded form on short foot with slightly everted rim, raised central boss, the white ground painted in cobalt-blue, bole-red, green, black and yellow, the central boss with floral blooms set around a rosette within strapwork border with stellar motif, the cavetto with floral sprays, the rim with scrolling flowering vine, exterior with floral sprays set between double blue bands, underside with maker's mark and old collector's label, intact
