Iranian origin informational materials (including fine art by recognized artists and books and manuscripts) may be imported into the USA and purchased by US persons, but Iranian origin works of conventional craftsmanship (works that are not by a recognized artist and/or that have a function, for example bowls, dishes, tiles) may not.
