LATE 17TH CENTURY, THE GILTWOOD STAND 20TH CENTURY
Decorated overall with landscape scenes, the cupboard doors with shaped brass lockplates, enclosing eleven variously sized drawers decorated with flowering trees and birds, the stand with moulded and foliate cushioned edge above a pierced frieze carved with putto masks and acanthus, on volute scrolled pilasters headed by exotic birds, joined by a scrolled X-stretcher with circular platforms, labelled to the reverse 'FF179'
