PROPERTY FROM A PRIVATE COLLECTION (LOTS 177-181) ROYAL COPENHAGEN "BLUE FLUTED LACE" The following five lots (lots 177-181) are all in the 'blue fluted lace' pattern, the first dinner service produced by the Royal Copenhagen manufactory in 1775. Handpainted, each dinner plate takes 1,197 brushstrokes to create. The richness of the pierced decoration differentiates 'full' from 'half' lace.
