Entirely of steel, head with seven flanges each swelling towards the tip and copper-braized to the tubular haft, the haft slightly tapering towards the head, pierced at the mid-point for a lanyard, and chiselled with foliated branches on the upper section and interlaced strapwork at the grip, fluted pommel, and turned finial
