With broad double-edged blade of flattened hexagonal section widening towards the tip, long ricasso struck with a mark and with a pair of arched side-lugs, iron guard of stout bars of diamond section with scrolled details and incised with lines including long arched quillons, and side-rings each filled with a fleur-de-lys, swelled leather-covered grip (recently recovered), and large flattened grooved pommel incised with lines
