Lot Essay

The inscription says "ruz-e se shanbeh shahr shaval ba iqbal senne 1099 ba tam," which translates to "Wednesday, month of Shawal year AH 1099 July-August 1688 AD." There are also traces of an erased attribution to an artist below.
