CIRCA 6TH CENTURY B.C.
Depicted seated on its haunches, its forelegs and forepaws together, with finely incised hatching along the raised mane, the open mouth with a lolling tongue between two sharp teeth, the long tail curving forward forming a loop, a tenon with an ancient rivet below
