This work has been authenticated by Claudine Dyf and is registered in the Dyf archives under no. 3649.

This work depicts the orchard which once existed on the rue Hoche in front of the house in which Marcel Dyf and his wife Claudine lived in Bois d'Arcy. The artist's former studio is visible between the trees.
