INDIA, 19TH CENTURY
The gold shank enamelled to the interior with pink, white and blue flowerheads, the exterior with white sapphire-set floral sprays on green enamelled ground, the hinged clasp formed by two opposed elephant heads with entwined trunks, their ears and eyes formed of further inset white sapphires, minor losses to the enamels
