Lot Essay

Accompanied by an undated Audemars Piguet Certificate of Authenticity and Exclusivity and Audemars Piguet Service Papers dated June 20th, 2011.

The present unique watch was part of a limited series of watches produced by Audemars Piguet in the early 1990s. Individual watches were produced in different stones, either diamond, ruby, sapphire or emeralds and marked as No. 1/1. This timepiece is an exquiste example of the master craftmanship by Audemars Piguet's jewellery department. The watch is further enhanced with an all lapis lazuli dial which is usually reserved solely for the moon phase of their perpetual calendar models.

The manufacturer has confirmed the present watch bezel is set with 48 baguette diamonds with an approximate carat weight of 6.39 carats.
