Engraved map of New York on six sheets, colored in outline, joined overall image and sheet 1535 x 1400 mm. (Trimmed to image edge, some overall light darkening.) Framed (not examined out of frame).

Sauthier's monumental map of New York, one of the most detailed and accurate maps of New York published during the American Revolution. It shows the Province of New-York from the Canadian border in the north to Burlington, south of Trenton on the Delaware River. It depicts most of Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
