The original satin bunny costume came in 10 colours and by 1962, there were 12 from which to choose. It was up to each Club's Bunny Mother (who managed the Bunnies) to make sure no one suit was ever in overabundance, thus ensuring a rainbow of colours on the floor. Only the bunnies in the Clubs' VIP rooms were dressed identically in blue velvet costumes trimmed in silver lamé. The bunny costumes were selected to enhance the bunnies' colouring and followed fashion trends ranging from leopard prints to psychedelic Pucci in the late 60s. The most coveted was the black bunny suit - only those with top seniority were granted the right to wear the black suit.

Auditioned by Hugh Hefner, the vendor worked as a Playboy Bunny at the London Club from its opening in 1966 to 1973.
