CHINA, NEOLITHIC PERIOD-SHANG DYNASTY (CIRCA 6500-1100)
The larger of thick-walled, flared cylindrical shape, the central channel drilled from one end, the stone of yellowish-olive color with opaque russet and buff areas; the other of olive-green color and of somewhat flared cylindrical shape, with one side flattened, the channel drilled from one end, with some small areas of opaque buff alteration
2 and 1 ½ in. (5 and 3.6 cm.) long, one box
