CHINE, DYNASTIE MING, XVIIEME SIECLE
The panel is finely woven on the lower rectangular section with a front-facing five-clawed dragon with its body coiled around a flaming pearl as it leaps amidst lingzhi-shaped clouds above billowing waves, all against a rich gold ground. The top section is woven with two smaller dragons chasing the flaming pearls; small damages.
