Standing on two human figures over a double lotus base with beaded rim, her left hand raised and holding a kapala, her right hand wielding a curved knife, a bone apron around her waist, adorned in beaded jewelry and a garland of severed heads over her shoulders, her upturned face surmounted by a jewel and skull crown, the verso of the base incised with floral motif and inscription
