ATTRIBUTED TO THE BIRD PAINTER, CIRCA 450-420 B.C.
With a departure scene, the deceased warrior standing with his head turned to the right, wearing a tunic, a chlamys draped over his left arm, his shield and spear in his left hand, his crested helmet at his feet, his right hand extended towards a standing young woman, holding an oinochoe in her left hand and a phiale in her right, a band of meander and dotted crosses above, scrolling palmettes on the shoulder, a band of ovolo above, details in added red
