Seated on a cushion at upper left is Kanakavatsa, the seventh Great Arhat, holding a long jeweled lasso, which was a gift from the nagas. At upper right is Vajriputra, the eighth Great Arhat, seated on silks and holding a flywhisk. At lower left is Kanakabharadvaja, the fifth Great Arhat, seated on a low throne with his hands folded in meditation in his lap. At lower right is Bhadra, seated over a pile of leaves, with his hand held in a gesture of explication.
