The bombé body is inlaid in silver wire with two stylized taotie masks separated by the pair of dragon-loop handles inlaid with simplified dragons. A Shisou mark is inlaid in silver wire on the base.
6 ½ in. (16.4 cm.) wide across the handles
Provenance
The K'ung Hsiang-Hsi (Kong Xiangxi, 1881-1967) Collection, New York, and thence by descent within the family.
