Lot Essay

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and white gold Breguet numerals in 2008 and its subsequent sale on October 31st of the same year.

This limited edition reference 5296 Calatrava model was made to commemorate the opening of Boutique Patek Philippe of Pisa Orologeria in Milan, Italy, in 2008. Produced in pink gold and white gold, each was limited to only 25 examples.

The silvered dial with Breguet numerals is reminiscent of an extremely desirable dial found on a few examples of the reference 570.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.
