AN INLAID BLACK LACQUER SNUFF BOTTLE
1860-1920
Decorated in different shades of gold foil in the manner of lac burgauté, the bottle has a floriform panel on either side, one containing a scene of two geese in a lotus pond and the other with a moonlit scene of a crane beneath a pine tree.
2 ¼ in. (5.6 cm.) high, rose quartz stopper
