RARE SURVIVALS OF PALESTINE'S LEADING ARABIC NEWSPAPER REPORTING ON THE DAY OF THE OUTBREAK OF THE 1929 VIOLENCE, and the issues relating to the Western Wall dispute. Tensions had been simmering for over a year between the Arab and Jewish populations of Palestine, and the present lot reports on the wave of destruction that started after Friday prayers in Jerusalem.
