Second Egenolph edition, reset form the Strassburg first edition of 1530 (Hunt 27, 2 copies recorded), of “one of the earliest practical gardening manuals in German” (Hunt). Egenoph moved from Strassburg to Frankfurt in 1530 where he republished the book the following year, using the same woodcut (June) from a Weiditz calendar series he published for him during 1530. H. Steyner published another edition at Augsburg in November 1530. Extremely rare: only other copy located is the Hunt copy; no copy appears in ABPC or online auction records.
