Arabic manuscript on paper, 307ff. plus four fly-leaves, each folio with 15ll. of fine black naskh, gold roundel verse markers, text panels outlined in gold, sura headings in white on gold panels, marginal markers, opening double page with illumination on gold framing 6ll. of text, similarly illuminated colophon at end giving the name of scribe and date, in original brown morocco with flap decorated with gilt lattice
