With reblacked chopperlump barrels each signed 'SIR JOSEPH WHITWORTH'S FLUID PRESSED STEEL' with trademark and use number, side-clipped action with carved percussion fences and gold-washed strikers, reblued toplever signed 'A. FRANCOTTE', rebounding locks, reblued rolled-edge trigger-guard, articulated front trigger, bouquet and scroll engraved throughout, action retaining some original case-hardened finish, locks each retaining much original case-hardened finish, figured 14 ½ in. stock, and silver escutcheon engraved with initials
